The NYC Collegiate Military Boxing Classic is a non-profit event organized through the VMI Alumni Association. Proceeds from this event benefit the boxing programs at the participating institutions.

Participation by any academy, institution, cadet-athlete, coach, representative, or guest does not imply official sponsorship, approval, or endorsement of the event, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, products, or services. Participating in this event shall not constitute an endorsement of the VMI Alumni Association (VMIAA) by any of the Participating Federal Service Academies, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, or related federal organizations.​ The names, seals, insignia, logos, trademarks, and uniforms of participating institutions and government organizations are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Their appearance does not imply any official affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated in writing by the applicable organization.​ Participating institutions, athletes, scheduled bouts, featured guests, event programming, dates, times, and other details are subject to change without notice.
